Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and are shipped via Canada post.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Due to COVID-19 shipments can be delayed, Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Local Delivery:
We offer free local delivery to the Calgary/Airdrie Area. Orders are processed and delivered within 2-3 business days

Return Policy
What our our Return Policy?
We treat all returns/refunds on a case by case basis.
If your product is defective or incorrect and you want to apply for a credit please contact us at jen.bertame@gmail.com
You must notify us of your intent to return the product within one week after receipt.
Please note that all credits will take 3-5 days to process and we do not cover shipping costs for the returned product.
